ORDER INFORMATION

All products that can be added to the cart are in principle available for delivery. If there are products that we do not have in stock, the program will inform you about it, and we will inform you later about the possible delivery time of the product. There are rare exceptions to the product being added to the cart, and at the same time selling all the stock from the warehouse in the store. In that case, we will inform you later, let you know the next delivery deadline, or if the card is charged, return the amount paid.

RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of the order as soon as you order the goods. If you do not receive this email please contact us at podrska@sport-camping-shop.com so that we can investigate and confirm that your order has been sent successfully.

PURCHASE AND SALE PRICES

The prices listed on the website include the current legal VAT rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

PRODUCT DISPLAY

All product dimensions are approximate. The same goes for displaying product colors. Please note that color variations are possible depending on the settings of the individual screens. We also reserve the right to the usual deviations in textiles due to small deviations in performance in relation to samples of materials, especially in relation to color tone, because the samples or models are shown only for information and approximate characterization of goods, without guaranteeing equality.

DELIVERY COST

Delivery prices are valid throughout Croatia, and shipments are delivered by the DPD courier service.

Delivery is on weekdays from Monday to Friday. The price of delivery is fixed and amounts to EUR 4.95 per package (the price includes VAT). The price of delivery to Dubrovnik and the islands is fixed EUR 10.95 per package (the price includes VAT).

Package deliveries include all deliveries that are in the given dimensions: max volume 0.25 cbm, max weight 30 kg, and max length 3.0 m, square shape. If cargo delivery is required, the price is EUR 50.00 (VAT is included in the price). Cargo deliveries include all packages that weigh more than 30 kg, or are delivered on a eur pallet, ie square packages that do not exceed the dimensions (2x2x1.8 m), pines, and other shapes. Max length 6m.

OTHER TERMS OF DELIVERY

The products will be packaged and protected so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When taking over the product, please check for any damage to the packaging and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to pick up the shipment on which external damage is visible. The goods are insured against loss and damage in delivery. When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note and state on the delivery note all remarks related to delivery (damage to packaging, shortage ...) and then hand it over to the delivery person, who will take it as a confirmation of delivery / collection. Be sure to take a picture of the damaged shipment and send us pictures of the damage to podrska@sport-camping-shop.com.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY DEADLINE

Delivery is in most cases within 48 hours, exceptionally 72 hours (depending on the order confirmation), except for islands and small towns, where goods are delivered several times a week. Delivery is made on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

PAYMENT

You may pay for the ordered products and services in one of the following ways:

• credit and / or debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Diners, PBZ VISA, Maestro
• payment by proforma invoice

In case of taking over the goods at the point of sale, it is not possible to pick up the ordered products immediately after payment, but when the payment is recorded.

Payment in installments is only possible in our branch office, as follows:

ERSTE BANKA: Maestro up to 12 installments, min transaction amount EUR 27; Diners up to 12 installments, minimum transaction amount EUR 67.00

ZAGREBAČKA BANKA: Maestro up to 12 installments, minimum transaction amount EUR 27.00; Master card up to 12 installments, minimum transaction amount EUR 64.00; Visa up to 12 installments, minimum transaction amount EUR 64.00

PBZ: Maestro up to 6 installments, minimum transaction amount EUR 27.00; Visa up to 6 installments, minimum transaction amount EUR 64.00.

PRODUCT RETURN

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can replace the product (in the original packaging) within 14 days of receiving the goods, and we will replace it or refund you. We are sorry that the postage was incurred upon delivery of the goods and is a direct cost to you, and cannot be refunded. In case of cancellation of the order, and before the goods are picked up by DPD, you are not obliged to pay postage. You are responsible for all costs of returning the goods and you will also be responsible for those same goods until they arrive at our branch. Please keep the postal receipt you will receive when returning the goods as proof. A refund or exchange of goods will be made as soon as possible upon receipt of the refund.
